Tasha Guidry is a results-driven leader with over two decades of experience in advocacy, policy, criminal justice, and nonprofit management. Her career reflects a deep commitment to equity, community empowerment, and systemic reform. She currently serves as Movement Builder Specialist with Operation Restoration, where she manages a fiscal sponsorship portfolio of nonprofits and provides grant writing, compliance, and audit support.

As Founder of Cycles Life Solutions, LLC, Tasha has led initiatives focused on court consulting, mitigation, and reentry services. Her professional background also includes roles as Housing Justice Organizer with Housing Louisiana, Editor of the SWLA Journal, and leadership in corrections and court compliance for the 14th Judicial District Courts and Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office.

A seasoned strategist and community organizer, Tasha has served in numerous leadership roles including Vice President and Interim Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Calcasieu Area, Political Liaison for the Sierra Club Delta Chapter, and President of the Green Future PAC.

She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University and multiple professional certifications in political consulting, executive coaching, and leadership development. Tasha’s work continues to bridge justice, policy, and community transformation across Louisiana and beyond.
