Dominique Martin serves as the Education Life Coach at Operation Restoration. Her responsibilities are to provide guidance, mentorship and support to clients in developing plans to achieve their goals. She also provides case management support, helping clients navigate any obstacles or challenges that arise to ensure their success.

Dominique is rejoining the organization and brings with her a strong legacy as one of the original leads of the Safety and Freedom Fund. Her previous leadership was instrumental in shaping the program's early success, earning her recognition and accolades for her dedication to furthering the organization's mission. Dominique earned her GED from Delgado Community College and later pursued a technical degree in cosmetology, but her true passion lies in serving her community and making a difference wherever she can. Though she has never been incarcerated herself, she has been indirectly impacted, which drives her desire to make a positive impact in her community.

In her spare time, Dominique finds joy in creating memorable experiences for the people in her life – whether it be cooking up a delicious meal or simply hosting friends. She is a high achiever with a natural ability to learn quickly, and she thrives in environments where she can multitask and support those around her. Through her role with OR, Dominique is committed to uplifting and encouraging clients to recognize and live up to their full potential.
