Digital Communications Coordinator
Jess Joy is the Digital Communications Coordinator for Operation Restoration. As part of the Communications Team, she is responsible for oversight of all Operation Restoration digital communications. She strategies organizational social media, newsletters, and other media forms, and creating all digital communications, to garner awareness for Operation Restoration in New Orleans and nationwide.
Jess was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Louisiana State University, and moved to New Orleans to participate in the vibrant arts and music culture. She enjoys singing, playing guitar, painting, making videos, organizing a choir, and reading poetry and tarot. Jess is grateful for the opportunity at OR to help support those in need through creative, liberatory work.
