Shenica is responsible for a variety of administrative and receptionist tasks and supports the organization to contribute to the efficiency of OR. She manages the front desk with professionalism and a friendly smile, making every client feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive.

She is a formerly incarcerated mother of three and obtained her associates degree in general studies. While working at Operation Restoration, her goal is to continue to help build and restore others as Operation Restoration has done for her. Because of her incarceration, she believes in the motto YOLO: you only live once. With that being said, she desires to love and be loved.
