OPERATION GIRLS ADMINISTRATOR

Ebonee C. Adams serves as the Operation Girls Administrator at Operation Restoration. In this role, she provides leadership and oversight for Operation Girls, supporting programming designed to empower girls and young women directly or indirectly impacted by incarceration. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive and engaging environment where girls can build confidence, strengthen their voices, develop leadership skills and gain exposure to opportunities that support their future success.

Ebonee brings more than a decade of experience in social work, nonprofit leadership, youth and family services, program development and community engagement. Her experience includes developing and strengthening programs, supervising and mentoring staff, building community partnerships and connecting youth and families with resources and opportunities. Her approach to the work is rooted in collaboration, trauma-informed care and creating programs that respond to the needs and strengths of the communities they serve.

Ebonee earned a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport, a Master of Science in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans. She also has professional training in crisis prevention and intervention, parent and family support and multisystemic therapy.

Ebonee believes young people thrive when they have consistent support, meaningful relationships and opportunities to experience what is possible beyond their everyday environments. She also recognizes that empowering young people includes supporting the families and caregivers who walk alongside them. Through Operation Girls, Ebonee strives to ensure that every participant, parent, guardian and family feels seen, supported and empowered to set goals, embrace new opportunities and build toward a successful future together.
