Keshia Boyd

Operation Girls Administrator

Keshia is the Operation Girls Administrator at Operation Restoration. She is responsible for advocating for, providing mentorship to, and empowering girls & young women. Keshia develops and expands program initiatives, and cultivates and maintains relationships with referral sources, potential volunteer mentors, and donors for girls ages 11-17.

Keshia brings more than 12 years of experience teaching, coaching, and mentoring in schools, where she served in roles ranging from teacher to assistant principal. She graduated from Wofford College with a BA in Spanish, minor in Business and a concentration in Latin American studies, which fuels her passion for language acquisition and led her to teach high school Spanish for over 8 years. Keshia is excited to problem solve social justice issues with the girls as a way to empower youth as leaders and change agents to dismantle societal structures that disenfranchise marginalized communities.
