Movement Builder Specialist
Brianna Carr is the Movement Builder Specialist at Operation Restoration. She manages Operation Innovation, a program that focuses on developing the leadership skills of women of color as they start building their work in social justice. She provides support to fiscally sponsored organizations and projects to build their capacity and further the social justice movement.
Brianna has ten years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector specializing in fund development, management, strategic planning, and grant writing and reporting. She is a passionate development professional working to further equity and justice for female-led non-profit organizations. Brianna is a Certified Fundraising Professional with a Bachelors in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo, and a Masters in Education from Valparaiso University.
