Kimberly Nunez

Human Resource Administrator

Kimberly serves as the Human Resource Administrator for Operation Restoration, where she supports the organization’s human resources operations and contributes to a strong and effective workplace. Drawing on experience across both public and private organizations, she brings a thoughtful and people-centered approach to her role.

Kimberly began her career in the hospitality industry, working in luxury hotels throughout New Orleans. In 2017, a chance encounter sparked her interest in human resources and ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in the field. Since then, she has continued to build her knowledge and experience while working across both public and private organizations.

Prior to joining Operation Restoration, Kimberly served as the Senior Employee Relations Specialist at DePaul Community Health Centers, further developing her experience in employee relations and human resources.

A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology before receiving her Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration from Liberty University.
