Juanita Tillman

Life Coach

Juanita serves as a Life Coach for Operation Restoration, where she supports individuals in reaching their personal and professional goals by helping them navigate resources, overcome barriers, and work toward greater stability and self-sufficiency. She brings a compassionate, community-centered approach to her work and a strong commitment to serving others.

Juanita has successfully completed the Louisiana Community Health Worker Core Competency, strengthening her knowledge and skills in community health, advocacy, resource navigation, and client support.

In addition to her work in community service, Juanita is an entrepreneur and the owner of Chicken & Watermelon, a New Orleans restaurant. Through her experience as a business owner, she has developed skills in leadership, customer service, operations, problem-solving, communication, and relationship building.

Juanita’s experience as both a community-focused professional and entrepreneur has shaped her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, adapt to challenges, and advocate for those she serves.

At Operation Restoration, Juanita remains committed to growing professionally while using her experience, skills, and passion for helping others to support women and girls impacted by incarceration.
