Tracy Pratt
Higher Ed Administrator
Tracy Pratt is the Higher Education Administrator at Operation Restoration. Tracy manages higher education programming provided by Operation Restoration and oversees the College in Prison program at the Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women.The College in Prison Program offers a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science for women in carceral settings as well as provides support upon their release.
Tracy has over two decades of experience working with prison and formerly incarcerated populations through her work as a post-conviction attorney, and various non-profit roles. Tracy has also worked as a university program director and instructor for adult learners. Tracy received her law degree from Loyola New Orleans ('07), and her undergraduate degree from Eckerd College ('00). When not at work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenage children, three dogs and a cat.
