Operation girls coordinator
Amani Randall serves as the Operation Girls Coordinator. In this role, she empowers young women through advocacy, mentorship and the development and expansion of Operation Girls programs and initiatives.
Originally raised in Chicago, Amani has been fortunate enough to call New Orleans home for more than 15 years. She has a wealth of experience working with New Orleans youth through workforce development programs, including YouthForce NOLA, where she assumed the roles of program manager and success coach for multiple organizational initiatives.
Amani is passionate about supporting the community and, more specifically, Black women and girls. She loves amplifying the message to women to prioritize their mental health. Outside of work, Amani is a devoted wife and mother of two sons who loves spending time with her family. She is also a member of Geaux Girl Giving, a giving circle dedicated to supporting Black women and girls across the region, as well as a mentor with One Happy Mama, a nonprofit organization that empowers young mothers in New Orleans. She is excited to fulfill the mission of Operation Restoration through cultivating strong relationships with the Operation Girls participants.
