Operation Restoration Partners with ESSENCE’s Create to Heal Initiative to Advance Healing and Wellness for Women in New Orleans

Operation Restoration announced a partnership with ESSENCE’s Create to Heal initiative, a national wellness and restorative care effort designed to support women navigating trauma, transition, and systemic barriers. As the New Orleans community partner, Operation Restoration will help connect women impacted by incarceration and systemic challenges to restorative experiences centered on healing, dignity, confidence, and belonging.

The initiative brings together leaders in wellness, beauty, technology, and community engagement to create culturally responsive spaces that prioritize care, restoration, and empowerment for Black women and directly impacted communities.
